As mentioned above, some examples are distributed via the contur repository, and there are instructions on how to use them in the README file . Those examples show you how to run Herwig on an example model file.

If you just want to test your installation of Contur on some ready-made Rivet output, there is an example output yoda file from a Herwig/Rivet run here. (This was generated by using this SLHA file to generate a model (one of those included in the Gambit/Contur study [119]).
